What to wear to the Fat Duck. Vintage of course!

The big question of the week is “what does one wear to the Fat Duck?” I only have one answer, vintage.! The bigger question is by who?

Dare to take a glimpse into the past era of clothing,  dare to revisit the realm built by acclaimedfashion designers such as Coco Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Yves Saint-Laurent, Cristóbal Balenciaga, Hubert de Givenchy,  Vivienne Westwood, to name a few.

What is vintage? To many people it evokes art, passion, uniqueness, history, a combination of style and glamour; to others, it’s just a fancy word for “old”.   There’s so much more about it than just age.  It’s timeless, classic, simple, unique fabulous and so much more.

For a me it’s the essence of rare elegance and refinement that is the prelude the teaser to set the stage in preparation for the what is to come at Heston’s place…
