Chef Ray BEAR: The Chef is supremely talented, and the food is always a surprise, a delicious one.
Herta: New York: Small quaint,seats 12. Food, especially the steak, and steak tartare drizzled with Balsamic vinegar …sheer heaven. Have the fizzy water instead of the bottled.
Room Service at the Ritz in Paris: It’s Paris in Spring, I’m at the Ritz in bed, having the best curried lamb avec pomme frites.
Hot Pot:Kingston Jamaica: Not at all posh, I’ve only had breakfast. Which is amazing. The best hominy corn porridge, fried dumplings, and mackerel.
